By using Perfume Couture ("the App"), you agree to these terms. The App is provided "as is" for personal fragrance tracking and recommendation purposes.

1. Usage License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the App's code or design.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Perfume Couture is not liable for unauthorized access to your account.

3. Data Accuracy

Fragrance profiles, temperatures, and recommendations are algorithmic estimates. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of olfactory data.

Your privacy is paramount. This policy outlines how we handle your data.

1. Data Collection

• Personal Info: Name, Email, Profile Picture (via Google Auth).
• Usage Data: Scent history, streak counts, and fragrance preferences.
• Location: Approximate location data is used strictly for local weather retrieval and is not stored permanently on our servers.

2. Data Storage

Your data is securely stored on Google Firebase servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Paystack for payments and Open-Meteo for weather data. Their respective privacy policies apply to their services.

Payments are processed securely via Paystack.

1. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in South African Rand (ZAR). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan interval.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Profile settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Refunds

As this is a digital service with immediate access, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services, except where required by South African law.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access to Premium features (Detailed Analytics, Unlimited Collections) may be suspended until payment is rectified.

Limitation of Liability: Perfume Couture and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Service availability may depend on internet connectivity and third-party API status.
